Meet Our Leadership Team
Becca DelRosso (she/her)
Publicity Chair
I am a senior majoring in Sociology and minoring in Mathematics, English, and WGSS. I am so excited to be will’s publicity chair and am having so much fun making the instagram graphics so far! My favorite part of will is definitely the bonding that occurs at our social meetings and during weekly exec meetings.
Isabella Sabogal (she/her)
Community Engagement Chair
I’m a sophomore double majoring in Leadership Studies, Political Science and a minor in WGSS. I’m so excited to be this year’s community engagement chair and cannot wait to work with various Richmond orgs outside of campus. My favorite memory of will has to be the will social event last Spring because we not only had a great turnout, but it was a great end of year celebration of all our hard work :)
Avery Jones (they/them)
Campus Connections Chair
I’m a sophomore double majoring in WGSS and Chemistry. I am also a member of Chords Acapella, a PSMA, and one of the LGBTQ program assistants this year. My favorite thing about will is all the people I’ve met through it: willers are some of the most wonderful and inclusive people on campus, and I wouldn’t trade the friendships I’ve made through will for the world.
Andi Punishill (she/her)
Member at Large
I am a sophomore and a potential double major in WGSS and leadership studies. I am excited to spend this year building community between will and other groups on campus! My favorite part of the will program is getting to work closely with the people involved to make change on campus.
Susanne Mayock-Bradley (she/her)
Co-Social Chair
I’m a sophomore from Lexington, Virginia majoring in Sociology and LALIS (Latin American, Latino, and Iberian Studies). I joined will my first year and have loved meeting people who share my academic and social justice interests! One of my favorite will memories was the social at The Cave last year.
Lauren Oligino (she/her)
Member at Large
I am a senior double majoring in Political Science and Leadership Studies, and minoring in WGSS. will has given me a place to connect with like-minded students, continue to foster and expand my knowledge on a variety of social justice topics, and help to make change in the Richmond community.
